Haha, good question. How I’d identify my relationship with clients is that we’re partners. I take accountability, which means that if something didn’t get the results, didn’t go as expected, or if by some out-of-this-earth circumstance I miss a deadline, I take accountability, start replanning, and of course I’ll help to fix what went wrong as soon as possible. I think like this because if you don’t win, neither will I.
